They do not make payments; invoicing, deletion and every write operation happen only after a person's approval, and every step is logged.
Every external message that contains a price, a commitment or an attachment is approved by a person; routine reminders go out under rules approved in advance.

Daily summary and pre-check
An agent prepares the management dashboard, the daily work summaries and the pre-check of incoming invoices; the employee concerned checks the results and decides.
Quote preparation
For quote drafts, the agent compiles the relevant information from our product catalog and earlier correspondence; an authorized employee approves the price and the terms, and the quote is sent after approval.
