Artificial intelligence
Let's prepare your environment before you turn AI on
AI tools are as useful as the amount of your organization's data they can reach, and they carry risk to the same degree. In seven modules we put your data, permissions and rules in order and train your team. You can start with a single module.
- Seven modules; you can start with one
- Every module has a written deliverable
- Fixes only with separate approval
In brief
AI readiness consulting puts your organization's data, permissions and rules in order before AI tools are turned on. 7 Tepe Bilişim does this in seven modules: data inventory, over-sharing check for Copilot, labels and DLP, licensing and architecture, security, training and change, pilot and measurement. You can start with a single module; each module has a written deliverable.
Is this for you?
A good fit if
You are thinking of turning on Copilot or another AI tool, but you are not sure where which data is or who can access what. You suspect employees are using AI tools on their own. You need to give management a written readiness plan.
Not a fit if
You only want to buy a license (see the Licensing and Procurement page for that). If you want to skip the readiness steps and open the tool to almost everyone right away.

How it works
Choosing modules
In the initial assessment call we decide together which modules are needed; you can start with one.
Read access
For modules 2 and 3 we need read access in your tenant and your supervision; what we will read is set in writing.
Work and deliverable
Each module is delivered with its written deliverable; fixes are applied with separate approval.
Training
An administrator briefing, end-user Copilot use, and management and security sessions for the IT team.
What we deliver and what is out of scope
What we deliver
- A written deliverable for each module (inventory, permission report, policy drafts, license recommendation, use policy, training guide, pilot report)
- A summary presentation for management
Out of scope
- Applying the fixes (done with separate approval)
- Statements that you meet legal requirements
- Selling licenses (on the Licensing and Procurement page)
- Developing AI models
