  • You work directly with the team that develops the product. We develop LogKeeper Pro, TakeBackup and OpsNode ourselves; your questions go to our team, not to an intermediary.
  • We are with you for installation and support. For TakeBackup and LogKeeper Pro, we provide the installation and support service.
