In brief
- Our site has no measurement (analytics), advertising or tracking code.
- We collect your identity and contact details only when you fill in the quote form, and only as much as you write; technical records are kept when you access the site (see below).
What information do we process?
Quote form. Name and surname, company, e-mail address and, optionally, telephone, employee count range, topics you are interested in and your message. The form also includes your confirmation that you have read the privacy notice and your commercial electronic message preference.
Technical records. When you access the site, your IP address is processed by our content delivery service provider, which relays the site to us. Our server’s access logs keep the access time, the requested page, the referring page and browser information. We count how often news items are read from server access logs without using cookies. When you visit our site, our server’s access log shows the address of our content delivery provider instead of your IP address; the addresses of direct connection attempts blocked for security purposes may be recorded.
What do we use it for?
We use the form information to respond to your request and prepare a quote. Commercial electronic messages are sent only if you ticked this box on the form. Technical records are used for the security of the site, preventing misuse and legal obligations.
Where and for how long do we keep it?
The form content is sent by e-mail to our corporate mailboxes and kept there for the period necessary to evaluate your request and for a possible business relationship. To prevent misuse of the form, a hash of your IP address is kept for a short time only for the hourly submission limit. Server access logs are kept for the period stipulated in legislation or required for the purpose, and then deleted.
Who do we share it with?
Your information is processed only on the infrastructure of the providers from which we receive services: our cloud service provider for e-mail, our AI assistant service provider for the initial assessment of messages, and our own servers and our content delivery service provider for the site. Some of these providers’ servers are located abroad; which data is transferred for which purpose is set out in Section 8 (“Transfers Abroad”) of the KVKK Privacy Notice. It may be shared with authorized institutions when there is a legal obligation.

Security
The connection between your browser and our site is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to form data is limited to the team that answers the request and the AI assistant we use for the initial assessment.
