Open Copilot with the right license, in a ready environment

You can reach Copilot in three ways: Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps (paid license; Copilot Business for small and medium-sized businesses with up to 300 users), Copilot Chat, which needs no extra license, and Copilot in Power BI/Fabric (requires capacity). We work out with you which one fits, based on your usage scenario; we provide the license, prepare your environment and train your team.

  • Permissions first, then Copilot
  • Licensing by user and scenario
  • Small pilot, measurement, then rollout

In brief

You can reach Copilot in three ways: Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps (paid license; Copilot Business for small and medium-sized businesses with up to 300 users), Copilot Chat, which needs no extra license, and Copilot in Power BI/Fabric (requires capacity). 7 Tepe Bilişim works out with you which one fits, based on your usage scenario; we provide the license, prepare your environment and train your team. You start with a small pilot group.

Is this for you?

A good fit if

You use Microsoft 365 and want to try or roll out Copilot. You do not know which license who needs. You are not sure which documents Copilot can see and want to check permissions before turning it on.

Not a fit if

You do not use Microsoft 365 (the environment has to be set up first). If you want to open it to almost everyone without checking sharing permissions; we do not skip that step.

What we offer

We work in 4 areas; the quote lists item by item which of them are in scope.

  • Readiness

Sharing permission and sensitive data checks. Copilot can see every document a user can access, so we first look at who can reach what.

  • The right license

Choosing and supplying licenses per user and scenario, not the same license for everyone.

  • Pilot and training

We start with a small group, measure usage, then expand. Administrator and end-user training is provided.

  • Power BI and Fabric

Checking the prerequisites for using Copilot in your reporting environment.

How it works

  1. Readiness

Sharing permission and sensitive data checks; over-shared areas are listed and a remediation plan is written.

  2. The right license

Licenses are determined and supplied per user and scenario.

  3. Pilot and training

We start with a small group, measure, then expand.

What we deliver and what is out of scope

What we deliver

  • Sharing and sensitive data check report
  • Per-user license recommendation
  • Pilot group plan and measurement summary
  • Administrator and end-user training

Out of scope

  • Setting up a Microsoft 365 environment from scratch (a separate service)
  • Statements that you meet legal requirements
  • Responsibility for the accuracy of content Copilot produces (the user checks the output)

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, write to us; we will clarify the scope together.

Ask a question
Which Copilot is right for me?

It depends on your usage scenario: Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps (Copilot Business for small businesses), Copilot Chat without an extra license, or Copilot in Power BI/Fabric. We work it out together in the initial assessment call.

Does Copilot show my data to others?

Copilot sees the documents a user can already access; it does not show a document that someone else cannot see. The problem is permissions that were set too broadly, which is why we check permissions in the readiness step.

How many people should I start with?

A small pilot group. It should be large enough to measure usage and small enough to manage; we decide the number together.

Can I use Copilot in my Power BI reports?

Yes, if your report workspace is on paid Fabric capacity (F2 or higher) or Power BI Premium capacity (P1 or higher) and an administrator has turned on the Copilot setting. It is not available on trial capacities. We check the capacity requirement in the readiness step.

Are Copilot's answers always correct?

No. Microsoft states that Copilot answers may not always be correct; output should be reviewed before it is shared. We also cover checking output in the training.
